The breakdown of PSNI figures show that 1,598 penalty notices were handed out to people over the age of 18.
Nearly 1,600 fines have been handed out to people for breaching Covid-19 restrictions.
From March to Monday, October 26, police handed out 1,598 fines for breaches of the restrictions, with the majority of these taking place in Belfast.
A police breakdown of figures also shows that 1,075 community resolution notices have been issued, 400 prohibition notices and 45 £1,000 fines for failure to isolate.
