Sergio Aguero will not face any retrospective action for putting a hand on the shoulder of assistant referee Sian Massey-Ellis during Manchester Citys 1-0 win over Arsenal.
Aguero was criticised for placing his hand on Massey-Ellis shoulder after the official awarded Arsenal a throw-in at the Etihad on Saturday.
But touching an official is not an offence and it is understood the PGMOL do not view Agueros action as aggressive or threatening.
Massey-Ellis shrugged off Agueros move at the time …
