A young mum whose cancer treatment was halted due to Covid-19 has died.
Kelly Smith, aged just 31, missed out on treatment for stage four bowel cancer in June last year.
She leaves behind a six-year-old son, CheshireLive reports.
Kelly, a beautician, was first diagnosed with cancer in 2017 and was supposed to have her fourth round of chemotherapy, but it was put on hold due to the pandemic.
The Macclesfield mum died 12 weeks after her chemotherapy stopped.
