Retired women who have been living on £1-a-week state pensions could be in line for lottery winning pension windfalls because they have been underpaid for decades.
The lump sums are to do with old state pension rules, with the the Office of Budget Responsibility (OBR) previously estimating 200,000 female retirees could collectively be owed £3billion after being incorrectly paid.
